1. What is KinetiX, Inc.? KinetiX is a West Virginia nonprofit organization dedicated to bringing world-class online marketing assets to the small business community. We specialize in training micro businesses (businesses with less than five employees; and usually operated from the home of a private owner) in global marketing. We provide online training in the areas of web design, internet marketing, and the specific use of video materials in the marketing process. Four uniquely qualified individuals comprise the core of KinetiX’s operation.

2. What are your training programs about?  Our training programs are what separate KinetiX from other organizations. In our premiere training program, VillagesWV.com, we employ a three step process that greatly encourages micro business owner participation; our rationale being a strong belief that business owners, who have a personal stake in the training process, tend to gain most from the experience. As a result, we first place the participating business owner’s product immediately online to begin generating sales; thereby insuring that the owner/training participant experience the power of global marketing. Secondly, we devise an online course curriculum specific to the needs of the particular participant, gleaning out the superfluous. Finally, when the participating business owner is comfortable with the online marketing program he has developed and mastered for his particular business, we lead them to professional providers who can expand his web design, hosting and marketing programs; or alternatively he/she may choose to take on these processes themselves.

Other training programs are customized to the very specific needs of the individual business owner; but also incorporate our three step process. These programs, after consultation with one of our team members, allow the owner/participant to pick only those training modules that he/she feels meets the needs of their business. Just like our premiere product, these trainings are delivered online with chat room support made available to participants.

3. What training does a participant receive? KinetiX’s general course offering covers basic web design (html, asp, php, java script, etc); web hosting issues; marketing (including niche marketing, search engine optimization, opt-in programs, subscriptions, viral marketing, the use of forums and social networking techniques, etc.), online fulfillment issues (shipping and handling, credit card processing, etc.), and the use of video and interactive communication techniques to enhance the sales process.

Our courses are tailored to the specific needs of the participant and they are provided to each participant online. we have found that providing the materials online versus requiring attendance at a workshop or classroom enhances the training process for business owners who have other commitments for their time.

The training materials are accessed through a secure location requiring a pass code. This code is unique to each participant. Additionally, instructors are available through chat rooms where you and your instructor have scheduled a date and time for instruction.

4. How long is the training program?  The majority of participants are able to complete their training in 6 to 18 months. The length of time depends solely upon the participants’ commitment, pace of learning and computer skills.

All participants graduate from the VillagesWV.com training program after 18 months of participation. Our training programs are designed for participants to effectively grow their business and develop a dynamic web marketing presence over a 6-18 month period. When that is accomplished, we encourage participants to further expand with the use of professionals in the field of web design and marketing.

5. Why should I participate? Our training program is designed for the person who has been operating their business as a traditional brick and mortar operation and who does not have the computer and marketing skills to develop an online sales and marketing process. Typically, participants are being introduced to the intricacies of web design, web hosting and online marketing for the first time.

If you have the computer skills and acumen to develop your organization’s online processes, this training program may not be for you. But, if you have been too busy developing your business to devote the time to research, compile, study and deploy the various skills, processes and techniques to be successful in reaching the more than one billion global online shoppers, we can help. It takes a strong commitment to develop a viable online presence and we work with people who are ready to make this commitment - because the reward is obvious -- 24/7 sales being generated by a sales process that substantially expands your business reach.

6. How do I begin? To begin, contact us through the subscription form found on this website or by calling us at 304-846-9684. After being contacted, we will conduct a telephone or online interview to ascertain your business training needs. If we both agree that KinetiX services meet your business needs we then forward to you the contractual documents that signify your participation in the training program, process your payment for services, and begin the process of setting up your online training account. Simultaneously we start the process of placing your products/services on VillagesWV.com, the first part of our three step training process-selling your products/services online!

7. How do I work with my Instructor(s)?We strongly encourage the use of our chat rooms and email programs to contact Instructors. One way to personalize your training is by scheduling a regular time for chat room instruction. It is here that you are able to discuss the materials in greater depth and receive the guidance needed to ensure success.

8. How do I access the training materials? You will receive a password that allows you to visit our training site. You will find a wealth of information pertaining to web design, web hosting, internet marketing, etc. Working with your instructor, you will be directed to the materials that are pertinent to your business and your individual training requirements. Again, we strongly encourage the development of a training program with your online instructor using email and chat rooms to augment the training process.

9. How much does this training cost?  The training costs vary depending on the training needed. Our premiere product costs $1,500 for each participant; and the participant has total access to all training materials, chat room support and their product/service is prominently displayed on the VillagesWV.com site.

Our custom training programs typically cost $100 per training module; with the participant receiving online access to training materials associated with their specific training module(s); chat room support and their product is marketed on the VillagesWV.com site.

The majority of participants are able to receive scholarships that lower their training cost. Please contact us to discuss scholarship and payment program options.

Additionally, while the business owner is participating in the training, he/she is selling products and/or services on our website VillagesWV.com and generating new income. While the products are being listed and sold on VillagesWV.com KinetiX receives 20 percent of the revenue generated to pay for ecommerce and marketing services.

All participants receiving custom training must pay a setup fee of $500 for their products being sold on VillagesWV.com.

After successfully completing any of our training, the typical graduate will have an effective online marketing program that is generating income for his/her business!
