About Us:
Gwen Hagaman, President of KinetiX, Inc. is a marketing communications specialist with more than 20
years of experience in Silicon Valley, California and Central West Virginia. She
heads the marketing efforts of one of the largest whitewater outfitters in the
New River Gorge. She has special expertise in converting abstract ideas into
dynamic marketing campaigns. Highly skilled with computer technologies for
office, web, broadcast and print promotions, Ms. Hagaman shares her knowledge as
a KinetiX consultant and trainer.
Marcel Fortin is a Board Member of KinetiX, Inc. He is the "solutions person" for the organization, having successfully operated a computer consulting business in Charleston, WV for more than 20 years. He is presently
the Executive Director of the Alliance of WV Champion Communities, Inc and the
Vice Chairman of the Community Connect Foundation. In addition, he is a partner
in a Lobbying organization headquartered in Charleston, WV.

Dave Smith is the Vice President and Secretary for KinetiX, Inc. He is also the organization's audio visual expert. Dave also has a very diverse background
having served in the U.S. Navy on a submarine and has visited the South Pole. In addition to his work
with KinetiX, he is working on documentaries regarding central West Virginia. Dave is committed to
providing world-class video, at affordable pricing, to our customers and member organizations. Dave is pleased
to share his knowledge as a consultant and trainer to KinetiX, its customers and members.
Norvill Clark is the Executive Director of KinetiX, Inc. Norvill brings more than twenty years of diverse high-tech experience to KinetiX; having managed the sales
efforts of computer and software manufactures during the 1980's, and a Hewlett Packard Channel Partner and two telecommunication companies during the 1990's and the
turn of this century. Norvill is passionate in his desire to bring first-class productivity tools to KinetiX customers and members.
